What is included in the monthly sessions?

  • 3x/week doing 30 min sessions in a set time that works for both the client and the trainer.

  • Weekly meetings with nutritionist to maximize food each week and keep progress going in the right direction.

What equipment do I need?

Worse case, they don’t need any and can do bodyweight.
